I am so obsessed with music. I can't help myself. It's utterly amazing and does strange things to you that are wonderful.
I never liked music as much as I do now.
And I missed out.

Short entry, but I wanted to replace my obsessive crush-crushing from my previous blog.

I had very good luck with my crush!
First of all, in Social Studies, we switched seats (he used to sit right next to me) but the good news is, I'm even closer to Maddy now (as in right next to her), and I'm still sitting next to the awesome kid I was talking about earlier, and the guy I like is right behind the awesome kid!!! So my seat's even better than before.

So here are the funny parts.
First, in math, the teacher caught everyone off guard by asking a question right in the middle of worktime when everybody wasn't really listening, and she called on my crush.
Math Teacher: [Crush's-name], can you explain what she wrote down?
Crush: YES I can. -long pause- Not really.

LOL! Then she made him work it out and stuff, but it was really funny.

Here's the other funny part.
He talked to me in SS, which was incredibly happy. We made eye contact and everything, but the funny part was when I was telling my friends about it.
Me: HE TALKED TO ME!
Friends: Oh my gosh, what'd he say?
Me: ...I'm not sure!

XD That's the truth! I heard the very beginning of the sentence, but I guess I was so shocked that he was actually talking to me that I didn't pay attention to the rest. I just giggled, so I hope he didn't say something totally-non funny or else that woud've been embarrassing. xD
So we had this assembly on bullying, and it was SUPER sad, about kids hanging themselves and stuff, but parts were cheesy. Like they played this one song called "Don't Laugh At Me" which was really cheesy, kinda sad, but funny.

So here's the convo in SS:
Awesome kid: -laughing at me-
Me: -very seriously, yet jokingly- Don't laugh at me. That hurts my feelings. I'm gonna go hang myself now. Don't laugh at me.
Crush: -bends over from behind Awesome Guy and looks me in the eye- Oh yeah, that made me laugh- [don't know the rest of what he said]
Me: -giggles as if I knew what he said-

I wish that I had at least said something like, "Pardon?" or something, because I don't know what he said, which is actually really funny. XD

Now I am totally and COMPLETELY against bullying, but it's fun to hold that phrase over anybody who laughs at me. xD

And in yearbook, we voted on the theme. I didn't vote for the theme I had put in, but it WON. It's kinda weird/embarrassing to know that your theme idea is the actual theme, but kinda cool. And I got extra credit. So yeah.

Today I had the most WONDERFUL Friday. :]

Fitness: Had to do the Sit and Reach test which literally takes two seconds, then had a fire drill in the middle! YAY!

Science: Did an easy experiment, no homework.

Math: Did an easy quiz, which means NO HOMEWORK!! And math ALWAYS assigns homework.

Lunch: It's lunch. Need I say more? [Indicating lunch always goes amazing]

Social Studies: This is the class where I sit next to that hot guy I like. It was kinda a chatting period and I had so much fun talking to the people around me. The best part about this period was that my friend Maddy owed me a guy favor (we do guy favors for each other) so she had to watch the guy I like since obviously I can't. And she did have something to report.
She said that when people behind me were talking, he'd pretend to look at them, then he'd start to turn around, stare at me for a minute or two, and then get back into position. YAY! I asked Maddy to describe the staring, and she said, "Like he was staring into space, yet focusing on something." SO I'M SUPER HAPPY!
This infers that he still likes me!
Now if only he would ask me to the dance...

Yearbook: This period was super fun because we were brainstorming ideas for the yearbook theme, and I came up with Sketching Our Future. It appears to be teh class favorite (even though teh ultimate vote is on Monday) and the teacher, who can be hard to please, REALLY liked it! She said extra credit to whoever typed it, so I'm going to say that I did and see if I really do get extra credit. xDD

Language Arts: This period is always hella fun because I have some good friends in it who sit around me! Like Maddy, Kelsey, Ian, Tyler, etc, they're so much fun to talk to! And we get to chat alot in this period normally, soooo yeah. :]
